ECG Secondary College, a division of CCG, operates as an independent school that provides an alternative educational experience for students seeking a different learning environment. About the role
Community College Gippsland (CCG) is a registered charity committed to positively changing lives and enhancing social inclusion through the transformative power of education.
CCG is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors that is committed to providing not for profit education to the local community, from secondary levels to adult education. The Board is comprised of community representatives from diverse backgrounds and industries, who volunteer their time to contribute to providing progressive education to our community through innovative and customised education and training services. The Board is supported by a Chief Executive Officer who leads CCG’s Senior Leadership Team.
We are looking for candidates with a passion for developing people, who can bring innovative ideas and skills to our team, and open opportunities for our services to be delivered to the community when and where they are needed.
We are particularly seeking candidates with skills, knowledge and industry experience in secondary education, VET/RTO training and learner wellbeing (especially youth). Knowledge and networks in philanthropy and education advocacy, media marketing and public relations, digital transformations and cybersecurity would also be looked upon favourably.
People from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, those who have experience with disability and working with young people to improve their circumstances are encouraged to apply.
